- We can't bill or refund for dental services. Any payment for treatment is between you and the dental office you choose.
- We can't dispute insurance claims. That's a conversation between you, your dental office, and your insurance carrier.
- If this is a true medical emergency — uncontrolled bleeding, swelling affecting breathing, severe trauma — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. We are a referral service, not an emergency line.
